Enlighten IC has today announced the appointment of a new commercial director.

This new role will strengthen the Enlighten IC team and will support ambitious growth plans for the future.

Victoria has over twenty years' experience in sales and training where she has been responsible for a diverse range of services, from the management and development of large scale, multi-site sales operations to the development and delivery of sales training programmes.

Victoria has previously worked for companies such as People First, Pitman Training, Sx3, Parity and most recently the Dell Corporation. Within Dell, Victoria spent the last ten years working in a variety of senior sales management roles in both the UK and Ireland. This included a multitude of roles spanning the management of large sales teams and the setting up of new sales divisions.

Victoria also managed the UK/Ireland Consumer Online business. In her most recent role, Victoria was responsible for the set up and launch of a new Employee Customer loyalty programme across 11 European countries. This included the management of these sales operations across Europe on a multi-site basis.

Experience

Victoria's extensive experience has included:

  • Managing a sales team of +120 across multiple sites and countries
  • Delivering and managing quarterly sales targets in excess of $100 million
  • Setting up new corporate sales divisions (recruitment/site set up/management)
  • Managing online sales functions for both the UK and Ireland
  • Negotiating retail sales contracts with large UK-wide retailers
  • Developing and launching new European sales programmes
  • Implementing new sales procedures and systems
  • Ongoing sales reporting
  • Coaching and mentoring sales managers and account managers
  • Developing and delivering bespoke sales training programmes


In her new role for Enlighten IC, Victoria will be responsible for new business development along with leading our new Strategic Sales channel. This proposition will complement our existing marketing services and enable clients to benefit from specialist consultancy integrating both marketing and sales.
